• The following morning you will be escorted through the airport for your flight to Croatia.
• In Croatia you will be met at the airport and either driven or, should you choose to take advantage of the included hire car, escorted the 30 minutes along the coast to your magnificent accommodation.
• A daily housekeeping service who will keep the villa clean and tidy for you.

You and up to three guests can enjoy one week in Sandra and Craig's beautifully appointed, luxury villa complete with its own pool and stunning views along miles of the magnificent Croatian coastline.

It is exquisitely furnished throughout and has a huge owner's bedroom with luxurious en suite bathroom and private balcony, two further double bedrooms, two more bathrooms, large formal dining room, outside patio and eating area, well appointed Italian kitchen and spacious seating area.

Finished to an amazing standard, it has stone walls, marble window sills, its own pool and views to the sea.

There are shops and restaurants nearby and even Sky is available on the 42" plasma TV.

Situated near the wonderful town of Poreć, with its myriad of bars, restaurants and shops, it is the ideal place to explore the beauty that is Croatia.

Venice is only two hours away by boat, Europe's largest caves and the home of the famous Lipizzaner horses are only an hour's drive away.

There are some fantastic historical buildings to see and of course you can choose to relax beside your own pool or on the nearby beach.

The rental value of our villa is in excess of £1500 per week but we have chosen never to rent it out preferring it to be used only by ourselves, our immediate family and our closest friends.

However, we are offering you the opportunity to use our villa for one week absolutely free of charge. All that you will need to pay for is your food, drink and possibly a momento or two and we will even include £400 to help with these.

Our friends in Croatia, Sanja and Karlo, will be on hand to help settle you in to your accommodation and to make sure that your stay in their country is an amazing experience.

They speak perfect English and will meet you at Pula airport and either drive you or, should you choose to take advantage of the included hire car, escort you to the villa, ensure you settle in and be on hand during your stay should you need anything.

Our housekeeper Vedrana will also come in every day to clean for you. She is a mine of information about the area, speaks perfect English and only lives 200 meters away.

We will also be at the end of the telephone and will give advice as to which beaches we love the most, the best places to visit and which are our favourite restaurants.
